I've spent the last decade exploring every part of the creative process, from commercial directing to VFX. Without guidance to navigate the creative landscape, we are subject to the overwhelm of information found online. Only to look back and see years spent running in circles creatively, personally, and financially.
I began writing the Creative Approach™ almost 5 years ago, as a way to ground my understanding and sort out the good from the bad philosophy. Through my daily writing, I became obsessed with auditing which ideas actually moved the needle forward in our creative careers.
Like most things in life, we either learn our lessons from others' experience, the hard way, or never at all.
